CSWP provides free advice and support services to young people aged 16-19 who are not in education, work or training.
Our friendly and expert advisers are here to help you:

We provide help and information on careers, employment and training, including:
- Career ideas and jobs
- Exploring your options
- Finding the right course or training
- Preparing for the job market – help with job search, CVs, interview techniques and job application forms
- Applying for college, university, apprenticeships or work
- Volunteering
We also provide a job and training vacancy matching service, where we have up-to-date information on a whole range of vacancies in employment and training for young people across Coventry and Warwickshire.
If you have something on your mind we can also support you to access other services – this could be health, money, housing or relationship issues.
