Services

CSWP is a locally and nationally recognised provider of specialist careers advice and guidance services, delivering an all age service to both young people and adults.

We are a not-for-profit organisation that has been delivering a high quality careers advice service to young people since 1995, with a successful track record of providing information, advice and guidance through Connexions and related service contracts.

We have developed a successful and cost effective delivery model for supporting, engaging and tracking young people. Our rate for those not engaged in education, employment or training (NEET) in local delivery areas was consistently below the national average of 5.8% for 2012/13.

In September 2012 schools were given the duty and responsibility for providing impartial careers information, advice and guidance to their young people. Local authorities retain their duty under section 68 of the Education and Skills Act 2008 to encourage, enable and assist the participation of young people in education or training.

CSWP can support your school or college's statutory duty in relation to the provision of careers information, advice and guidance to young people, and support you to demonstrate good practice to Ofsted.
