Events on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Two EDI dissemination events are planned to celebrate the achievements of 47 projects commissioned by LSIS and delivered by a range or organisations including five National Careers Service Prime Contractors.
CSWP's project - ‘On the level’ - aimed to increase the number of National Careers Service customers who have a learning difficulty or disability into positive outcomes. This involved identifying unsuccessful National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) and job applicants whilst working with recruitment agencies to engage employers and providing support to optimise engagement, such as working in parthership with Royal National College for the Blind (RNCB).
The events will include workshops and dicussions on Apprenticeships, careers and offender learning. You can register for the events at Villa Park (26th June) and Old Trafford (3rd July) here.
